Ingenia Lifestyle Lara
Summit Building Co. was engaged by Orior Construct to bring to life a key element of Ingenia Lifestyle Lara: a $3.5 million clubhouse.
Designed as the centrepiece of this vibrant aged care community, the project called for a blend of aesthetic appeal, functionality, and meticulous craftsmanship.
Sculptform & Cortek: A modern aesthetic
Summit's scope of work encompassed a range of key features that contribute to the clubhouse's modern aesthetic and welcoming atmosphere. This included the installation of Sculptform Click-on Battens and Sculptform Spotted Gum Shiplap Cladding, adding a touch of natural elegance to the building's exterior. The use of Cortek Steel Prefab for the structural framing ensured both efficiency and precision during the construction process.
Completing the vision: Doors and detail
Summit's team also managed the complete door package, including doors, frames, and hardware, ensuring a seamless and cohesive finish throughout the clubhouse. Their attention to detail and commitment to quality extended to every aspect of their work, ensuring that the final result aligned with the vision for this vital community space.
A Hub for connection and wellbeing
The Ingenia Lifestyle Lara Clubhouse now stands as a testament to Summit's ability to contribute to projects that enhance community living. Their expertise in both aesthetic and functional elements, combined with their collaborative approach, ensured successful delivery of this major project.
